  The Gwynne Building is the BEST!! Here are my reasons: (My company currently resides here)
  
  1: It is on the SAFEST CORNER IN THE CITY. The Federal Building is across the street and Richter & Phillips Jewelry Store is on the first floor of the Gwynne building. Between the two entities there are more than 15 cameras surveying every detail of the area surrounding the Gwynne building.
  
  2: The staff is all you coould ask for. From the nicest maintenance man and security guard in the world, to the most accomodating and helpfull property managers i have worked with, it gets no better.
  
  3: PRESTIGE: When I bring my clients through the large, golden double doors, and into the marble and gold laced hallways, they are always impressed.
