  The church has changed a lot. But where it lacks in being biblically distinct, it makes up for with love.

  This church is where i was married, where my son was baptized and decided to devote his life to God, and where i vowed to dedicate my daughter. This is where i have worked and called my home for the past 5 years. We ran a child care out of the church for a number of years and then they decided to close it, coming up with lie after lie as to why. Am i upset that they are closing such an amazing outreach program that has served hundreds of families? Absolutely. Am i upset with the fact that my coworkers and i are out of a mission we felt called to serve? Without a doubt. But I am the most upset over the deception and how it was handled from the " men " in the leadership roles within this church. I am upset that they would direct our boss to withhold the information that we are being closed until 2 weeks beforehand. I am upset that because of their actions the little lives we have been in may not ever hear the word of God. I am upset that these " men" call themselves Christian and yet their behavior says something else.
