  Good people, nice facility, a real pleasure to work with. Made our family feel welcome and offered a great selection of services to choose from. Will certainly be our go to facility in Mt Healthy. The previous Young funeral home next door is under new mgmt and is certainly not what it used to be. Neidhard Young is run by the Young Family now, and it is wonderful. Thanks for everything.

  It is my pleasure to give a more up-to-date review of this funeral home’s current service.
  When my grandfather passed we looked around for funeral homes, and ultimately decided on Neidhard (as we recalled my grandfather said he liked the environment when we visited for his friend a while back). I can think of no cons about this funeral home so I will go ahead and just list off what I loved about this funeral home: **Competitively priced with other funeral homes, total service cost equal-to or slightly less than other funeral homes in the area. They also have customizable packages so you can choose exactly what you want as a part of your service. **The place is indeed very nice. It is nice, comfortable, and homey on the inside of the building, very much unlike the dreary deathly-feeling interiors of some other funeral homes. **KIND & RESPECTABLE: I loved working with the staff here. Whoever we worked with at a particular time, they were welcoming and extremely accommodating with all arrangements that my family wanted to implement. They never said “no” to any of our requests. This welcoming factor is what helped us decide Neidhard over similarly-priced funeral homes. I think this will be my family’s go-to funeral home of choice now (knock on wood, would not like to be at a funeral home frequently), so long as they keep up the excellent service. **They are flexible. Some funeral homes could not accommodate a weekend visitation with Monday funeral. Neidhard handled it with no problems. They were able to retrieve the body from the hospital the same day. Neidhard certainly deserves six stars out of five. I would not change a thing, and I hope more people review to uplift this excellent funeral home’s new reputation.

  We couldn't have asked for a better experience at such a difficult time. Everyone at Neidhard-Young was professional, accommodating and comforting. We were treated with dignity and respect.
  
  The funeral home is beautiful and welcoming. They took care of all the details and saw to it that everything went smoothly. They exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Everyone, especially Dan was professional, helpful, and compassionate in handling our father's funeral arrangements. We were not rushed and everything was explained to us in detail. Thank you again for helping during a very difficult time.
